What cookies are
This policy applies to cookies used on smspostam, a service operated by PostAm Swift Networks Ltd. Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let sites remember small bits of information — that you're signed in, which workspace is active, whether you've accepted this policy — across page loads and sessions.
What we use cookies for
We keep cookie usage to what's necessary. There are three categories:
Strictly necessary cookies
These run the service. They can't be disabled while you're using the product — the app literally doesn't work without them. Examples:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in after login.
- A workspace cookie that remembers which smspostam workspace is active when you belong to more than one.
- CSRF tokens to prevent cross-site request forgery on form submissions.
- A cookie-consent cookie that remembers your choice on this policy, so we don't ask again.
Analytics cookies (optional)
These help us understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, where people get stuck, what to prioritise. We use a minimal, privacy-respecting analytics setup. No user-level tracking, no cross-site profiles.
You can decline analytics cookies from the cookie banner that appears on first visit, or by changing your preferences at any time (see below). Declining doesn't affect the functionality of the product.
Preferences cookies
These remember small choices you make on the site — theme (if we add one), dismissed announcements, recently viewed pages in the help centre. They're set only when you take an action that implies a preference.
What we don't use
- Advertising cookies. We don't run retargeting, ad networks, or behavioural advertising.
- Third-party trackers. The site doesn't load third-party tracking scripts beyond the analytics provider noted above.
- Cross-site tracking. We don't share cookie data with external partners or data brokers.
How to manage cookies
You have two ways to control cookies:
- The cookie banner — appears on your first visit to the site. Click Accept, Decline, or Cookie settings to make your choice. The choice is stored for a year.
- Your browser — every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies from any site. See your browser's help pages. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the app from working.
